Steve was on shift today, so we had a relaxing day playing with our new toys, and I got some scrapbooking assignments done. This layout is based on a sketch and will be in the Jan/Feb Ezine from Scrappin Trends. :)

Did this for a contest at a website.... using Hambly, which are the overlays used here (the pink dandelions, the green/yellow "frame" and the white journaling bits used in the flowers. I thought this paper was meant for these fun photos, and I wanted to use all of my pics! :)

Here's layout #2 of my entry.... everything is FP except the chipboard and acrylic hearts, the buttons, and the fabric.

I'm entering the Fancy Pants Design Team search... FP being the manufacturer of the product seen here. Everything is FP except for white paint, stickles on the chipboard, and the thread. Wish me luck! I have 4 layouts and an altered project due Friday.

Geez... after a couple of attempts, a couple of photographers.... we finally got one where most people are at least looking at the camera.... look for it in a mailbox near you... sometime in December... this is our 2006 Christmas photo!

Eek. Payton's 8 month photo.... she looks like a mighty old soul in this pic! Stay young, chickadee!

I like this one too.... maybe better than the other one. I purposely have it off center... it makes it more magical, I think. The backdrop is perfect. I only wish I had her whole self in there so you could see the poof. My backdrop isn't big enough... but I DO have my wide angle lens on.... hmmm. I'll play more later. Taking the kids for flu shots at 11:15. Wish me luck, as I can't carry Morgan to the car and she's a little drama... princess.

Snow Princess..... yes, I'm a professional photographer. I spent 1/2 hour curling Morgan's hair... which became full of static before I got her dress on her... set her up with my backdrop (PERFECT, by the way, it's a fleece blanket I've had forever... and don't remember where I got it).... took @150 pictures of her... and only a couple are fabulous without photoshop. I just can't figure out exposure, etc. I need a photography class, because I know my camera is stellar! Anyway... I think this is my favorite of Morgan... I'll try and take more later. They say professional photographers take 100 photos in order to get.. the one. Well, I took 150. Good thing I went digital!
