There's actually a small dog attached to those balloons. His daddy would toss him up in the air and he'd slowly float down. He had a little harness on.

Oh my god!! Did he seem to be enjoying it, or was he freaked out of his little mind??
Actually, I thought the same thing when I first saw it... "oh that poor puppy!!!" But actually, the dog was pretty relaxed.. he has clearly done this before. He even had little flight goggles on!
